You may not use Nano Banana to generate, distribute, or promote:

Sexually explicit or NSFW content: Nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive imagery, or explicit sexual acts — including AI-generated versions of the above.
Hateful or discriminatory content: Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
Violent or graphic content: Gratuitous violence, gore, self-harm, or depictions intended to threaten or intimidate individuals.
Child exploitation material: Any content that sexualizes minors in any form. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Deepfakes and non-consensual media: Realistic synthetic media depicting real individuals without their consent, particularly for defamation, harassment, or deception.
Misinformation: Content designed to deceive, spread false information, or impersonate real people or organizations.
Illegal content: Material that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Content Moderation

Nano Banana applies automated content filtering to all AI generation prompts. Prompts that violate this policy will be rejected. We continuously improve our filters to prevent harmful content generation.

About the Platform

Nano Banana is an independent platform providing a user-friendly interface for AI image generation. The platform uses Nano Banana AI models to power image generation features.
